THE NOONER
On the way to work, I pass by the Ali Baba Motel by the 55 South freeway. The Googie architecture is so alluring. Also, a former secretary of mine used to joke about having "nooners" with boys at this motel. No, I have never had a nooner just in case you were wondering. Hotel beds give me the creeps. FYI: A "nooner" is a torrid, sexual escapade at a cheap motel during your lunch hour |
